DTC Operations & Marketing Support Analyst
(Part-Time or Full Time depends on experience)

Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized support analyst to assist our marketing team and external agency with DTC operations, email marketing, Shopify updates, and basic performance reporting. This role ensures smooth weekly execution and helps maintain accurate, up-to-date data across all platforms.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Email
Marketing (Klaviyo)

Assist in setting up, scheduling, and updating email campaigns and flows.
Monitor performance (open rates, CTR, revenue) and create simple weekly summaries.
Support segmentation, tagging, and flow maintenance.
Ensure email content, links, and product blocks are accurate.

Shopify DTC Support

Update product pages (images, descriptions, pricing, variants).
Maintain collections, tags, and site navigation.
Support weekly site updates (banners, homepage modules, landing pages).
Troubleshoot basic Shopify issues before escalating.

Performance & Reporting

Pull weekly Shopify metrics: traffic, conversion rate, AOV, top sellers, returning customer rate.
Prepare weekly dashboards or summaries for leadership.
Track funnel drop-offs and flag unusual patterns or declines.
Support the marketing agency with product data, screenshots, URLs, and performance insights.

ERP Sales Analysis

Extract sales and inventory data from the ERP system.
Analyze weekly sales performance by category, SKU, region, and customer behavior.
Highlight trends, risks, and opportunities to improve sales.
Prepare simple reports or visual summaries for leadership.

Coordination & Operational Support

Work closely with the external marketing agency to provide assets and updates.
Support product launches (uploading SKUs, verifying pages, checking inventory accuracy).
Assist with content calendars, campaigns, and basic influencer tracking as needed.
Maintain clean and organized data in Google Sheets/Excel.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo preferred.
Ability to pull and analyze data from ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with ecommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Reliable, proactive, and consistent with weekly tasks.
Able to assist both internal leadership and external agencies.
Strong analytical mindset and comfortable summarizing insights.
Suitable for part-time remote work.
