JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service & Supply Chain Specialist with solid experience in fashion dropshipping. This is a long-term position for someone who can work independently, communicate effectively, and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality results. A major part of the role involves coordinating with suppliers, monitoring order fulfillment, and ensuring smooth end-to-end operations. Many customer replies will be supported by AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Use internal spreadsheets and documents to manage daily workflows and maintain accurate operational records.
Respond to HelpScout tickets promptly (expected output: 30–40 tickets per hour).
Follow return policy procedures, including offering discounts, issuing refunds, and providing return instructions.
Report damaged or incorrect items to suppliers (via ---------- or CJ) and secure replacements or refunds.
Coordinate closely with suppliers regarding shipment updates, replacements, cancellations, and all fulfillment-related concerns.
Oversee order fulfillment, ensuring all unfulfilled Shopify orders are followed up, and resolve issues regarding size, color, inventory availability, and address verification.
Proven experience with CJ Dropshipping is mandatory.
Collaborate with both Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

Required: Proven experience in fashion dropshipping and supply chain/order fulfillment (applications without this will not be reviewed).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, HelpScout, Shopify, and other customer service or fulfillment tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
