We are a fast-growing global fintech/prop-trading company operating across forex and crypto markets. Our brand is built on speed, performance, and world-class customer experience. We produce high-impact marketing content daily across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, and ---------- — and we’re scaling aggressively.

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who understands direct-response psychology, trends, and performance creative. Someone who can take a marketing angle and turn it into winning assets: video concepts, UGC scripts, hooks, ad angles, storyboards, and creative briefs for designers/editors.

This is a long-term, full-time role with real career growth.

What You’ll Do:

-Develop high-performing ad concepts, hooks, and angles for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
-Create UGC scripts, storyboards, and content briefs for creators, editors, and designers.
-Analyze competitor ads, industry trends, and platform insights to generate new creative directions.
-Collaborate with media buyers to refine creative based on ROAS, CPC, CTR and retention metrics.
-Produce weekly creative direction plans, testing matrices, and idea banks.
-Lead the creative process from concept ? script ? asset ? performance review.
-Continuously optimize creative for conversion, clarity, and storytelling.
-Work closely with leadership (CEO/COO) to align creative with product launches, promotions, and brand positioning.

Requirements:

-Strong background in paid ads, creative strategy, UGC, or direct-response marketing.
-Proven experience creating winning ad concepts (portfolio required).
-Deep understanding of TikTok/Reels/Shorts formats, pacing, hooks, and storytelling.
-Ability to generate ideas fast and turn raw concepts into high-quality briefs.
-Strong writing skills — especially for hooks, scripts, and conversion-focused messaging.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily deliverables.
-Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple creative tasks at once.

Nice to Have:

-Experience in fintech, trading, crypto, or any financial niche.
-Experience working with UGC creators, editors, or creative agencies.
-Basic design/visual communication ability (not required, but a plus).
-Knowledge of tools like Notion, Google Drive, ClickUp, or similar.
