We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing & Content VA to join our growing media company. We provide content production, social media management, Google Business Profile optimization, and digital marketing services for local small businesses (restaurants, gyms, medspas, barbershops, etc.). This role begins part-time at $5/hour with the opportunity to scale into full-time based on performance and results.
Responsibilities
• Manage Google Business Profile listings: posting, updating photos, optimizing services/keywords, responding to reviews, and maintaining ranking signals.
• Assist with social media management: planning content, preparing posting schedules, uploading content to IG/FB/TikTok, and writing captions.
• Coordinate with our team on UGC-style content creation, including content calendars and creative ideas for clients.
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads
• Support client onboarding, account setup, and monthly reporting.
• Assist with basic website updates, landing pages, and SEO tasks (optional but preferred).
• Help maintain CRM records, organize client files, track deliverables, and ensure all client content goes out on schedule.

Required Skills
• Experience managing Google Business Profile for local businesses
• Social media posting + scheduling across multiple platforms
• Strong English writing & communication
• Meta Ads experience (setup, audiences, creatives)
• SEO familiarity (citations, local keywords, metadata, etc.)
• Customer support and client communication ability
• Reliability, attention to detail, and team coordination
• Ability to come up with creative content concepts for restaurants and service businesses
• Self-directed, with strong problem-solving skills

Work Hours & Growth
