About the Role

We're looking for an Executive Virtual Assistant to support Danilo McGarry - a globally ranked Top 20 AI expert, keynote speaker, and strategic advisor who speaks to over 350,000 people annually and reaches 3 million+ on social media.

This isn't just another admin role. You'll be the right hand to someone transforming how the world thinks about AI and technology, managing the behind-the-scenes operations that allow him to focus on his global mission.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK time, Monday-Friday (40 hours/week)

Your Responsibilities:

Support Danilo in delivering value to his global audience in everything we do
Manage Danilo's calendar and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
Handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently
Help the team to schedule content across Instagram ---------- LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other platforms
Coordinate speaking engagements and travel arrangements
Research tasks to support Danilo's advisory work
General administrative support to keep operations running smoothly
