Full-Time Virtual Assistant for STR + Boutique Hotel Operations

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, long-term Virtual Assistant to join our hospitality operations team. If you enjoy structured work, accuracy, problem-solving, and supporting a fast-moving company, you will love this role.
This is NOT a social media role.
This is NOT a creative role.
This is NOT a guest messaging-only role.
While responding to guests is part of the position, you will also be assigned a variety of daily and ongoing operational and administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who can manage guest communication while also taking ownership of assigned tasks, following them through to completion, and helping keep our operations organized.
This role is ideal for someone who excels at precision, organization, accountability, and follow-through.

Your Main Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include guest communication as well as operational and administrative tasks assigned by the management team.
You may be responsible for:
- Responding to guest messages and calls using our SOPs
- Completing assigned operational and administrative tasks throughout your shift
- Managing calendars, reservations, schedules, and booking platforms
- Building and updating Cloudbeds, Airbnb, VRBO, and
- Checking listings, reservations, systems, and documents for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies
- Assisting with pricing updates and revenue management tasks
- Updating team spreadsheets, documents, tracking sheets, and internal systems
- Communicating with cleaners, maintenance teams, vendors, and other team members
- Creating, updating, and following up on tasks
- Monitoring open tasks and making sure deadlines are met
- Following up on unresolved operational issues until they are completed
- Troubleshooting issues related to bookings, smart locks, property management systems, integrations, or syncing
- Assisting management with additional hospitality operations tasks as assigned
Guest messaging is only one part of this position. You must be comfortable receiving different assigned tasks throughout the day, prioritizing your workload, and making sure each task is properly completed and documented.

Experience with the following is strongly preferred:
- Airbnb, VRBO, and/or
- Hospitality or short-term rental operations
- Property management systems such as Cloudbeds
- Revenue management or pricing tools
- Asana
- Slack
- PriceLabs
- Smart lock systems or similar hospitality technology
