JOB OVERVIEW

???? About Us

We are a growing food distribution company based in the United States, and we are expanding our digital marketing presence. We’re looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor who can produce both short-form content (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts) and longer videos, such as vlogs, behind-the-scenes content, and story-driven pieces for YouTube and other platforms.

Our goal is to post high-quality daily content, showcasing our operations, products, partnerships, and industry insights.

???? Responsibilities

Edit 1–2 short-form videos per day (15–45 seconds each).

Edit long-form content such as vlogs, day-in-the-life videos, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, and promotional videos.

Add captions, subtitles, transitions, hooks, music, sound effects, and TikTok/IG elements.

Provide clean storytelling and pacing for longer videos.

Create videos that match and elevate our brand style and tone.

Stay updated with social media trends and apply them creatively.

Communicate daily through Slack/WhatsApp/Email.

Organize and manage media files for efficient workflow.

???? Requirements

Proven experience editing both short-form and long-form content.

Strong portfolio with examples of IG Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts AND longer videos.

Proficiency with editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).

Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, hook creation, and audience engagement.

Ability to create clean captions and high-quality motion graphics.

Reliable, consistent, and able to meet deadlines.

Strong English understanding for subtitles and story clarity.

Experience editing vlog-style videos for brands or influencers.

Ability to create thumbnails for YouTube or longer content.

Familiarity with U.S. food industry trends (not required but helpful).

Daily output: At least 1 short-form video per day + long-form projects (as needed).

Hours: Flexible schedule.

Pay Range: Competitive, based on experience.

Payments: Weekly or bi-weekly via PayPal, Wise, etc.
