We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing, content, social media, email campaigns, and brand presence across four growing companies:

You will be responsible for marketing across:

CREA Laboratory Technologies – Scientific instruments

ST Robotics – industrial robotics & automation

LogicOil – lubrication, oil diagnostics & reliability technology

Qirk – emerging digital & industrial technology venture

This is a strategic, hands-on role where you work closely with the CEOs, management teams, and sales teams across all brands.

???? Job Description

We’re looking for a versatile Marketing Manager with experience using Odoo to execute and manage digital marketing activities across multiple companies. You will coordinate marketing strategy, create content, manage campaigns, and support lead generation for each business unit.

You must be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple brand identities simultaneously.

???? Key Responsibilities

Your daily/weekly responsibilities include:

Manage and oversee all social media channels for each brand (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)

Create, schedule, and publish content that aligns with each company’s messaging

Build and execute email marketing campaigns in Odoo

Manage and update websites across the portfolio (Odoo websites or integrated platforms)

Work closely with the management & sales teams to generate leads

Develop marketing materials, landing pages, brochures, and product content

Track analytics, report campaign performance, and improve conversion

Maintain consistent branding across all Science Squad companies

Coordinate with the CEOs for content ideas, product launches & announcements

Applicants must have at least 2+ years experience in:

Odoo marketing module (email marketing, CRM, website, campaigns)

Digital marketing strategy & execution

Social media management

Website content management

Email campaign creation (Odoo, Mailchimp, or similar)

SEO fundamentals

Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
