As we scale our agency and transition from lead generation to conversion-focused campaigns, we're looking for a talented Media Buyer to join our team and help our clients unlock their next level of growth.
The Opportunity
This is your chance to work across a diverse portfolio of client accounts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll partner closely with our creative strategist to turn winning ads into scalable revenue engines.

- Where we're headed: Conversion/sales campaigns with aggressive ROAS targets
What You'll Do
- Build & Optimize Campaigns - Structure testing frameworks, launch scaling campaigns, and continuously improve performance
- Monitor & Analyze - Keep a pulse on account performance, spot opportunities, make smart budget adjustments
- Handle the Technical Stuff - Set up pixels, configure CAPI, troubleshoot tracking issues (many clients need your help here)
- Scale What Works - Use Post ID methodology and systematic budget increases to turn winners into revenue machines
- Keep Clients Happy - Deliver weekly reports, share insights, recommend strategies
- Stay Ahead - Keep up with platform updates and test new features to give clients an edge
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years as a hands-on Media Buyer (agency or freelance)
- Managed multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Experience across different industries (not just one vertical)
- Technical know-how - CAPI, pixel setup, GTM, GA4 don't scare you
- Real results you can point to - scaling successes, ROAS improvements, breakthrough campaigns
- Deep platform knowledge - You know your way around Meta Ads Manager (ABO, ASC, cost caps) and Google Ads
Your Approach:
- You're data-driven but also understand the creative side matters
- You have systems and frameworks - not just winging it
- You test methodically and scale what works
- You're proactive - you spot issues and opportunities before they're problems
Bonus Points:
- Familiar with attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros)
- Active in media buying communities
- You geek out about ad performance and love sharing what you learn
What Success Looks Like
Your First 30 Days:
- Get to know our client accounts inside and out
- Audit current performance and spot quick wins
- Set up proper tracking and reporting systems
- Start building trust with the team
60 Days In:
- Testing framework is humming along smoothly
- You've identified and scaled your first batch of winners
- Clients are consistently hitting their ROAS targets
- You're in a good rhythm with our creative strategist
90 Days & Beyond:
- You're running accounts autonomously with confidence
- You're bringing proactive strategy ideas to the table
- You're helping shape our creative testing roadmap
- You're a trusted partner to both clients and our internal team
