Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Virtual Assistant to generate new business opportunities through cold calling and appointment setting. You will research prospects, make outbound calls, and schedule appointments for our sales team, playing a key role in building relationships with decision-makers across various industries.

Work Schedule
Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST (4 hours daily) (20 hours per week)
(can transition to full time pending successful performance)

Key Responsibilities:

- Use ---------- to research and identify qualified prospects
- Make outbound cold calls to business owners, office managers, IT managers, and key decision-makers
- Present TUI Total Solutions' services including business copiers/printers, VOIP phone systems, and security cameras
- Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers responsible for office equipment
- Determine when prospects' current agreements expire
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and maintain accurate CRM records
- Follow up with previous contacts via phone or email to nurture interest
- Track daily call metrics and report results to management

Required Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in English
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (B2B experience preferred)
Familiarity with ---------- or similar lead generation and CRM tools
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Professional audio headset for clear communication

Knowledge of business technology solutions (printers, VOIP systems, or security systems)
Experience working with U.S.-based clients
Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism under pressure

Compensation
Base Pay: $400/month ($4.75/hour for 20 hours per week)
Performance Bonus: $20 per qualified appointment held
Total Potential: $500-$700+ per month
