JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there! We are looking for an awesome image ad designer who has experience with Canva / Photoshop / Figma or other image editing software. We are an ecommerce company with stores throughout the world and we are scaling fast so need to hire more people.

Pay is great and this will become a full time engagement with bonuses and paid holiday leaves

We need to hire someone who is hardworking, smart, dedicated and has an eye for detail that can work with MINIMAL supervision.

The job itself would look like this:

We will provide you with the ad concepts, hooks, and ad copy. Your job is to take those concepts and turn them into 15 eye-catching image ads per day.

We don't need "art gallery" designs; we need high-converting direct response ads (scroll stoppers, ---------- s, clean product shots, text-overlay ads).

Responsibilities:

Design 15 images per day based on the briefs we provide.
Create variations of winning ads (changing background colors, swapping headlines, testing different stock photos).
Source royalty-free images or use assets we provide.
Ensure all text on images is readable and visually balanced.

Requirements:

Speed is key: You must be comfortable working fast. Experience with Canva is a huge plus, but Photoshop/Figma is fine if you are fast.
Visual variety: You understand that one concept can be designed in 5 different ways (e.g., one looks like a ---------- , one looks professional, one looks like a user review).
Good English: You must be able to read our copy briefs and place text on images without typos.
Reliable internet connection.
