Civil Engineer - Remote (Philippines)

WHO SHOULD APPLY

If you currently work at (or recently left) Stantec, Arcadis, WSP, AECOM, Jacobs, SMEC, Aurecon, Mott MacDonald, GHD, or Tetra Tech - this role is for you.

Best fit: Residential subdivision, multi-unit site development, land development, municipal servicing. Highway/bridge/heavy civil experience is less relevant.

Not a fit: Estimators, structural engineers, construction supervisors, or field-based roles. We need designers who produce permit-ready civil drawings.

YOUR WORK

Site grading and drainage design for residential developments
Utility servicing layouts (water, sewer, storm)
Municipal permit documentation to Canadian standards
Civil 3D production using standardized templates
4-10 projects/month at steady state

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years at a global consultancy
Direct experience on Canadian, US, or Australian residential/site projects
Civil 3D proficiency
Licensed engineer (Civil)

COMPENSATION AND CONDITIONS

Top performers: $2,500-3,000 CAD/month
Structure: $1,600 base + $ ---------- per project
Schedule: Full-time, AST 8am-4pm (8pm-4am Manila)
Time off: Weekends off, one paid vacation day per month
Probation: 1 month
