Work From Home | Full-Time | Long-Term Role

We are a fast-growing company, and we’re looking for a highly driven Sales & Lead Generation Specialist who can manage the full sales cycle from start to finish. If you’re confident on the phone, excellent with email outreach, and skilled in converting leads into real opportunities this role is for you.
You will be responsible for managing the complete sales process from prospecting and outreach to follow-ups, nurturing, and closing. This includes handling inbound and outbound leads. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, so strong communication and relationship-building skills are a must.

Responsibilities
-Handle end-to-end sales: prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, nurturing, and closing deals
-Manage phone calls (inbound and outbound) with professionalism and confidence
-Conduct email outreach and maintain consistent follow-up sequences
-Qualify leads, warm them up, and move them through the sales pipeline
-Build and manage lead lists using available tools and platforms
-Maintain CRM records, update lead status, and track conversions
-Collaborate with internal teams to understand services, pricing, and client needs
-Coordinate meetings, sales calls, and discovery sessions
-Provide daily/weekly updates on lead activity, performance, and pipeline status

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
-Strong in phone handling, lead communication, and customer rapport
-Confident, proactive, and comfortable speaking with decision-makers
-Highly organized with excellent follow-through
-Experienced in sales, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting
-Skilled in email outreach, nurturing sequences, and prospect messaging
-Comfortable working independently and meeting KPIs
-Analytical and goal-driven, with a talent for identifying opportunities

-CRM Systems (HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, etc.)
-Email outreach tools (Instantly, Klenty, Apollo, Lemlist, etc.)
-Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar)

-Lead scraping or research tools
