JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a full-time Real Estate Appointment Setter to call incoming and outgoing leads, book them into quote or inspection appointments, and ensure they show up. This role requires strong communication skills, disciplined follow-up, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls within a structured workflow.

•? ?Role Responsibilities

Call new and existing real estate leads daily

Pre-qualify leads using the provided script

Book leads into quote or inspection appointments for the agent

Confirm appointments and maintain a high show-up rate

Follow up with unresponsive or unbooked leads

Maintain accurate notes and updates inside GoHighLevel (GHL)

Track daily KPIs for calls, appointments, and follow-ups

Work full-time US business hours

Fluent English with clear, confident communication

Prior experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or customer service

Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) for pipelines, notes, and workflows

Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up discipline

Must be able to work full-time US hours (non-negotiable)

Real estate experience is an advantage but not required
