Key Responsibilities
• Research and build targeted B2B lead lists using Apollo and other tools
• Identify decision makers such as CEOs, COOs, and founders
• Execute cold outreach through
• Send and manage DM conversations using scripts and messaging frameworks
• Personalize outreach while staying within structured communication guidelines
• Nurture leads until they are ready to book
• Book qualified appointments and ensure clean CRM entries
• Update pipelines, follow ups, and status changes inside Go High Level
• Manage automated outbound sequences through Instantly and GHL
• Complete daily activity tracking, metrics reporting, and outreach logs
• Support basic social media engagement tasks when needed
• Maintain accurate ClickUp task and Notion records
Qualifications
• Experience in cold outreach, DM outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting
• Familiarity with Apollo, Instantly, Go High Level, Calendly, Notion, and ClickUp
• Knowledge of DM conversation frameworks and outbound prospecting
• Strong written and conversational English
• Ability to personalize messages within structured scripts
• Organized, detail oriented, and consistent with follow ups
• Comfortable with high volume outreach and tracking numbers
• Availability during U.S. Eastern hours
Preferred Skills
• Experience booking discovery calls or strategy calls
• Experience handling objections and lead nurturing
• Familiarity with outbound funnels or sales pipelines
• Experience updating CRM systems accurately and consistently
Compensation
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
