We are looking for a highly skilled Asana Pro who can build, optimize, and scale our workflow management systems.

If you live in Asana, think in workflows, and build dashboards before breakfast — we want you.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Creating advanced Asana automations, rules, templates & dependencies
Designing clean, scalable workflows across multiple departments
Integrating Asana with tools (Zapier, Slack, Calendar, Sheets, etc.)
Building dashboards, reporting structures, and real-time accountability systems
Training teams on how to properly use Asana and enforcing SOP compliance
Mapping business processes into documented SOPs and task structures

Requirements

Proven experience building and managing Asana systems (not just using tasks)
Strong understanding of workflow optimization and process mapping
Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Slack, Google Workspace, Calendars, etc.)
Excellent English communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Must be proactive — not just waiting for instructions
Long-term mindset with loyalty and commitment

Bonus if you have:
SOP writing experience
Background working with CEOs or executive teams
Project management certification (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)

Schedule

Salary Range

Based on skill level — $400 to $1,600 per month
