The Role
We're looking for a Video Editor who actually gets performance. Someone who can take raw UGC, creator footage, and product shots and turn them into ads that stop thumbs.
You'll work across UGC, hi-fi product, text-overlay, TikTok-native, and hybrid formats. We're remote-first and we've got a soft spot for talent out of Manila, but honestly, the role's open to anyone who can work cleanly and fast.

What you'll actually be doing
Editing high-volume UGC and product ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Cutting multiple hook variations and concepts for testing. Adding captions, text overlays, motion graphics — all with that TikTok-native timing. You'll work with our strategists to execute briefs, collaborate with creators on pickups and fixes, and iterate based on real performance data. No guessing, just numbers.

What we're looking for
2–4+ years editing short-form content or paid-social ads. Experience with UGC and performance-driven creative. Strong instincts for pacing, structure, and keeping attention. You can execute multiple concepts at speed and you're comfortable with performance-focused feedback. Fluent in Premiere Pro or DaVinci. Solid file management - we're not chasing assets.
