JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview
We are hiring SDR/Setter reps to support both Affiliate Partner follow-up and direct B2B inbound lead follow-up. Your job is to respond instantly to new leads, qualify them, and set meetings for our sales team or affiliate manager. This role supports both the affiliate pipeline and direct business-owner leads generated from cold outreach, email, LinkedIn and our internal campaigns.
This is NOT a sales closer role.
This is a speed + follow-up + consistency role.
Your job is to make sure:
Every inbound lead is contacted quickly
Every interested affiliate gets followed up with
Every no-show is rescheduled
Every half-application is chased down
Every qualified partner gets moved to a booked appointment
You’ll be the first human voice these leads hear from — and your follow-up determines our revenue.

Key Responsibilities
1. Immediate Lead Follow-Up (Speed to Lead)
Call all new affiliate leads within minutes using our scripts
Execute the “double-call” method for unreachable leads
Send same-day SMS follow-ups
Ensure every lead is contacted across call/SMS/email within the first hour
Handle both affiliate inbound leads and direct business-owner inquiries (cold email replies, LinkedIn responses, form fills and website inquiries).

2. Qualification & Pipeline Movement
Use simple qualification criteria to determine if a lead is worth passing to Jessica
Mark each lead as Qualified / Needs Review / Not a Fit
Push qualified leads to book via our Calendly link
Update Salesforce fields accurately after each interaction
3. Follow-Up on All Stages of the Affiliate Journey
You will aggressively follow up with:
No-form leads (clicked but didn’t start)
Partial form leads (started but didn’t finish)
Completed-form leads who haven’t booked
No-shows (rescheduling required)
Half-apps (missing documents)
Scripts, templates, and automation support provided.
4. Communication & Daily Reporting
End-of-day message summarizing:
Calls attempted
Calls connected
Texts sent

Email
s triggered
Booked calls
Notify team immediately of high-quality partner opportunities
Notify team immediately of high-quality apps out to inbound leads/contacts
5. Support the Affiliate Partner Manager
You will work closely with our Affiliate Manager, Jessica to:
Protect her time by handling everything BEFORE the call
Ensure she only speaks to qualified partners
Follow her feedback on quality and qualification standards

Key Metrics (KPIs)
You will be measured on:
Speed to lead (goal: < 5 minutes)
Daily outbound calls (60–100 per day)
Completed forms recovered (partial ? complete)
No-shows recovered (goal: 60–70%)
Qualified calls booked for Jessica
Paperwork collected for full applications
Requirements
Excellent spoken English
Confident on the phone; good tone, pace, and clarity
Comfortable calling the same lead multiple times
Ability to follow scripts but also speak naturally
Strong attention to detail (logging notes, updating statuses)
Ability to work in U.S. time zones
Reliable power and internet
Must be available for weekend coverage (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule responding to inbound leads and urgent follow-ups during peak hours.
Schedule
Full-time (40 hrs/week) with required weekend coverage
Team will operate a rotating Saturday/Sunday schedule to ensure fast response time
Exact hours TBD based on lead volume and past response-time data
Bonus skills (not required):
Experience with Salesforce or any CRM
Previous appointment setter or call center experience
Familiarity with U.S. small business lending

What Success Looks Like
Within the first 30 days, a successful setter will:
Master all scripts
Move 50-70% of interested leads to “Call Booked”
Book 20-40 partner calls per week (depending on volume)
Execute follow-up without needing reminders
Communicate issues clearly and proactively
Move 40-60% of ‘Qualified Apps Out’ to ‘Bank Statements Requested’
Move 40-60% of ‘Bank Statements Requested’ to ‘Full Package Received’
