META MEDIA BUYER – MED SPA, LASIK, IVF & PLASTIC SURGERY SPECIALIST (FULL TIME)
SALARY: $1,500–2,000 USD/month (based on experience + substantial Performance-based Bonuses)

We are a fast-growing AI appointment generation agency serving high-value healthcare and aesthetics clients, including med spas, LASIK clinics, IVF centres, and plastic surgery practices. We generate premium appointments that convert into paying clients, and we’re looking for a Media Buyer who already has proven experience in these industries.

WHAT YOU’LL MANAGE
• Large monthly ad budgets across 15+ high-value client accounts in aesthetics and healthcare.
• B2B campaigns: surgery consultations, IVF bookings, clinic demos.
• B2C campaigns: med spa treatments, LASIK bookings, IVF discovery calls, plastic surgery consultations.
• Full campaign lifecycle: strategy, setup, scale, optimisation.
• Advanced audience segmentation and lookalike modelling.
• CRM and marketing stack integration: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Calendly.
CREATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop AI-driven content with heygen, Sora, ElevenLabs, nano banana pro.
• Design and motion graphics using Canva Pro, Premiere Pro, CapCut.
• Test creative angles, hooks, and ad formats specifically for med spa, LASIK, IVF, and plastic surgery clients.
• Analyse creative performance to improve future campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency while scaling creative assets.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
• B2C Appointments: $50–150 CPA (varies by service)
• B2B Appointments: $100–400 CPA (qualified consultations)
• Minimum 2.5% CTR across campaigns
• Maintain 60%+ landing page conversion rate
• 70%+ show rate for booked appointments
• Weekly performance analysis with actionable optimisation insights
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years
• Portfolio demonstrating ad spend managed and appointment generation results.
• Proven ability to scale campaigns 3x+ while maintaining cost targets.
• Experience running both B2B and B2C appointment campaigns.
• Multiple industry experience preferred.

COMPENSATION DETAILS
• Base: $1,500–2,000/month depending on experience
• Performance bonuses: $200–500/month for hitting appointment targets
• Annual raises: 15–25% for top performers
• Paid vacation and sick leave eligibility after 3 months
• 13th Month Salary eligibility after 3 months
