The Role: What You'll Do
--
As a Full Stack Software Developer, you will be a key contributor across our entire platform lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Feature Development: Designing, building, and launching new, impactful features for our SaaS product, from database to UI.
* Platform Enhancement: Driving technological improvements, optimizing system performance, and ensuring platform scalability in a cloud-native environment.
* Code Quality: Writing clean, efficient, and well-tested code in both the backend and frontend.
* Maintenance & Reliability: Identifying and resolving complex bugs, and contributing to the stability and 24/7 availability of our live production site.

Skills and Qualifications

Must-Haves
---
* Experience: 3+ years of professional experience developing and deploying production-grade web applications.
Core Web Technologies: Deep, demonstrable understanding of HTML, CSS, and designing/consuming RESTful APIs.
* Languages & Back-end Proficiency: Mandatory ability to work proficiently with a modern back-end language (e.g., Python or Node.js). This includes designing data models, building secure API endpoints, and handling business logic.
* Typescript Fluency: Ability to freely switch between and work with both TypeScript and JavaScript to debug complex issues and deliver highly maintainable code.
* Modern Frameworks: Proven experience with reactive frontend frameworks (preferably Vue.js) and modern state management patterns (e.g., Pinia).
* Tools & Development Cycle: Familiarity with modern build tools like Vite or Webpack. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Vitest, Jest, or Cypress). Proficiency with Git and standard source control workflows.

Nice-to-Haves
--
* Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other major cloud providers.
* Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Work Arrangement & Compensation

* Location: This is a fully remote position. We are a globally distributed team, with occasional required visits to our office in Manila.
* Schedule: Full-time.
* Exclusive Commitment: This is a full-time, exclusive role. Candidates must be able to dedicate their full professional time to the company. Outside employment, including freelancing, contract work, or maintaining a separate business, is not permitted.
* Compensation Package: Competitive monthly salary. 13th Month Pay. Generous time off. Statutory benefits: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund. Provision of a company MacBook for professional use.
