JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an N8N Systems Operator who has real experience setting up, launching, and maintaining a self hosted N8N environment. This role requires confidence with VPS hosting, installation, updates, integrations, and workflow troubleshooting. You will be responsible for managing system performance, automations, and backend connections across our tech stack.

You will also assist with automation tasks inside Go High Level, Apollo, Instantly, Calendly, Notion, and ClickUp. You can work your normal schedule, however some overlap for occasional USA based meetings is helpful.

Key Responsibilities
• Set up and launch a self hosted N8N instance on a VPS
• Configure domains, SSL, environment variables, and security settings
• Maintain updates, version control, and system reliability
• Build and troubleshoot automation workflows inside N8N
• Connect platforms using APIs, webhooks, and integration logic
• Assist with Go High Level workflows and automation settings
• Support Apollo, Instantly, and Calendly connections
• Monitor automations for errors and resolve issues quickly
• Document processes and maintain clear technical notes

Qualifications
• Proven experience launching or managing a self hosted N8N setup
• Experience working with VPS platforms such as DigitalOcean, Linode, Vultr, or similar
• Familiar with Docker or container based deployments
• Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, and webhook integrations
• Experience with Go High Level automation tools
• Familiar with Apollo, Instantly, and Calendly
• Reliable problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and spoken English
• Able to join occasional meetings with USA based tea ---------- mbers

Preferred Skills

• Experience improving or rebuilding automation workflows
• Experience using Notion and ClickUp
• Familiarity with AI tools that support workflow creation

Compensation
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
