We are a fast-growing, dynamic agency/company managing the digital presence for multiple businesses. We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our clients' content strategy, creation, and daily engagement across key platforms.
The Role: Social Media Content & Outreach Expert
We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Manager who is a true content-creation powerhouse, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. This role requires a unique blend of creative vision, deep platform knowledge, and strong, results-driven outreach skills.
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. However, we also offer the option to utilize our physical office space located in the Karachi area for those who prefer a hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Creation (The Creative Core):
Multi-Platform Content Generation: Develop, plan, and execute a consistent content pipeline across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (Shorts/Long-Form), and other relevant social media platforms.
Creative Content Production: Independently create high-quality, engaging content including short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), images, graphics, and written captions.
AI and Tool Utilization: Leverage AI tools, editing software, and other available means to enhance content creation efficiency and creativity while maintaining a professional and cohesive brand theme/aesthetic.
Thematic Consistency: Ensure a strong, recognizable, and appealing theme is maintained across all social channels for each client account.
2. Daily Engagement & Outreach (The Growth Engine):
Cold Outreach Program: Execute a dedicated, daily cold outreach program on Instagram, engaging with 50-100 targeted accounts to drive brand awareness and business development.
Community Management: Proactively monitor and manage all social media platforms for relevant conversations, trends, and engagement opportunities.
Direct Message (DM) Management: Be the primary point of contact for incoming DMs, handling inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and escalating business-related conversations as needed.
Engagement Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on key engagement metrics to optimize future content and outreach strategies.
What We're Looking For
Extensive Experience (Required): Proven, long-term experience successfully managing multiple social media accounts for various businesses, demonstrating a track record of growth and engagement.
Exceptional Creativity: A highly creative individual with a keen eye for visual aesthetics, emerging trends, and innovative ways to tell a brand's story.
Deep Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content formats, algorithms, and best practices.
Self-Motivated & Organized: Must be able to work independently in a remote environment, managing strict content pipelines and daily outreach quotas without direct supervision.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written communication for both crafting compelling captions and handling professional customer/prospect interactions.
