JOB OVERVIEW

Pay: $400 AUD per week
Perks: Paid time off, 13th-month pay, and a genuinely supportive environment

We’re looking for someone sharp, reliable, and technical — someone who enjoys solving problems with APIs, automations, and clean systems. You’ll be working across Airtable, Zapier/n8n, API integrations, basic scripting, and general operations.

If you’re the kind of person who gets satisfaction from turning chaos into clean, automated workflows, this is the right role.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing and improving internal operations systems

Building and maintaining automations (Zapier, n8n)

Working heavily inside Airtable (formulas, scripts, automations)

Connecting tools via API

Creating simple scripts when required (JavaScript/Python basics)

Keeping projects moving smoothly across departments

Documenting systems and processes clearly

The Ideal Candidate

Strong experience with Airtable (formulas, rollups, linked tables, views, scripts)

Comfortable working with APIs (reading docs, connecting endpoints, troubleshooting)

Basic coding ability (JavaScript or Python)

Fast, organised, and detail-oriented

Clear communication skills

Strong problem-solving ability and initiative

Positive attitude and desire to grow

Benefits

$400 AUD per week

Paid time off

13th-month pay

A team that prioritises healthy, happy employees

Stable long-term role with real responsibility

Fast-moving environment with constant learning

How to Apply (Loom Video Required)

Record a 3–5 minute Loom video answering the following:

What’s your name and where are you based?

What’s your experience with Airtable? Show examples if possible.

Tell us about a time you built or fixed an automation using APIs.

Do you know an API from your elbow?

What type of work environment do you thrive in?

Why should we choose you?
