JOB OVERVIEW

Established in 1984, PTFS, LLC is a commercial services company headquartered in Houston TX. Some of our clients have been longstanding customers of ours for over 40 years. We are extremely data driven and we use Excel heavily for most of our data metrics. We also use Quickbooks Online Advanced for Accounting among others. We utilize the spreadsheet sync function in QBO advanced, and we rely on many of the reports both standard & customized in QBO advanced to make informed decisions.

We are in process of building a fully remote team in the PH which will eventually take over all US based operations. We are looking for tea ---------- mbers LONG TERM. We value loyalty and tenure-ship and most importantly, availability. We would like all of the tea ---------- mbers we bring onboard to retire with us. After 1 year, every tea ---------- mber will go through the process of performance review determining promotion / increase in compensation. The metrics we use are:

Our line of work is very fast paced with ever-changing requests from clients. Schedules are set but can change at any given ---------- nt. It is important for tea ---------- mbers to understand what needs to be done when a sudden change is requested by a customer as there are field workers who are dependent on the office to communicate such changes. As a tea ---------- mber, we need you to be versatile, stepping up or filling in at any given ---------- nt if another tea ---------- mber is busy or unavailable. Thus, we don't have a separation of duties. Each tea ---------- mber must be able to do EVERYTHING

We are seeking tea ---------- mbers who have a MASTERY PROFICIENCY LEVEL in Quickbooks Online Advanced and are able to quickly setup, repair, or upkeep ALL features at a high level. We are seeking those who have a strong accounting background & very high proficiency using MS EXCEL. When applying for the position, please respond with your self-assessed proficiency rating 1-10 to the following Quickbooks & Excel features. QBO ADVANCED
-NEW Company setup & new connections
-Troubleshooting & fixing broken connections
-Mastery of migration -from QB Desktop or other

-Mastery of customizing forms such as invoices, statements, bills etc.
-Mastery of building reports from scratch
-Mastery of payroll module within QBO
-Mastery of payroll liabilities & reporting
-Setting up or fixing customer payment links
-Setting up of form templates for invoices, statements etc
-Setting up or fixing QBO to bank connections
-Bank feed renaming rules & matching; over-riding
-Advanced understanding of Sales Tax setup for multi-location clients
-Mastery of batch invoicing & billing
-Mastery of batch reclassifying
-Complete mastery of using spreadsheet sync
-Setting up or fixing 3rd party app syncing with QBO Advanced
-Mastery of customer: sub-customer: projects -design & organization
-Mastery of setting up inventory & upkeeping
-Mastery of sales orders & purchase orders
-Setting up workflow automations
-Utilization of QB Online & all of its features at a high level
