Position Summary

-As our Lead Engagement Specialist, you will take the lead in contacting, nurturing, and converting warm and cool leads through outbound calls, texts, and emails. Your job is to create meaningful conversations, understand client needs, and schedule qualified appointments for our agents. This is a performance-driven position where experience truly matters.

Key Responsibilities

-High-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails to warm and cool leads.
-Build rapport quickly, understand lead motivation, and guide them through early stages of their home search or selling journey.
-Set appointments and consultations directly with our real estate agents.
-Accurately update lead notes, stages, and dispositions inside Follow Up Boss (FUB).
-Maintain a polished, professional communication style at all times.

Required Qualifications

-Master’s degree or higher (any field).
-Exceptional English proficiency — near-native spoken and written communication is required.
-Extensive experience in lead outreach, cold/warm calling, or inside sales.
-Experience using Follow Up Boss (FUB) is strongly preferred.
-Reliable high-speed internet, modern computer, and noise-cancelling headset.
-Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and time-management skills.
-Ability to work independently, follow processes, and meet performance expectations.

Work Schedule

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippines Time)
This role requires consistent availability during these hours.
