If you love Meta ads, data, aesthetics, and getting results, we’d love to meet you.
You will fully manage our Meta lead generation system for 6 weeks:
Your Responsibilities:
-Meta Ads Setup + Management
-Build Lead Form Ads, Traffic Ads, and Retargeting Ads
-Create and test lookalike, interest-based, and retargeting audiences
-Set up & troubleshoot Meta Pixel + Conversions API
-Ensure Meta to Klaviyo lead sync works correctly
Optimize weekly:
- Turn off poor performers
- Scale winning ad sets
- Track CPL + improve creative
Video Editing:
-Edit 6–8 short vertical videos (6–12 seconds)
-Add captions, light text overlays, hooks, and simple branding
-Optional: Edit founder videos recorded on iPhone
Tracking + Reporting:
-Maintain simple Google Sheets pipeline
-Provide weekly reports (CPL, lead count, best creatives, recommendations)
Must have:
-Proven experience running Meta Lead Generation campaigns
-Able to create lookalike audiences
-Proficient with Meta Pixel + CAPI
-Able to troubleshoot tracking + test lead flow end-to-end
-Video editing skills for short-form ads (Reels/TikToks/UGC style)
-Fluent English
-Can work 10-15 hours per week and respond within 1–2 business days
Nice to have:
-Familiar with Klaviyo
-Experience with franchise or high-intent lead gen
-Creative eye for premium café/wellness brands
Budget:
-Total project: $800–$1,500
-Timeline: ~6 weeks
-Ad Spend (separate from your fee): ~$2,500
What Success Looks Like:
-CPL target: $10–$12.50
-100–200 leads total
-2–4 strong franchise prospects by Dec 31, 2025
-Working lead flow: Meta to Klaviyo to

We also want this role to manage a small DTC sales push to sell out the remaining inventory of Tea Bar loose-leaf teas and ceremonial matcha.

-Create Meta ads focused on product sales (Reels, carousel, static images)
-Build DTC conversion campaigns (add-to-cart + purchase optimization)
-Use retargeting (IG engagers, website visitors, past purchasers)
-Set up Shopify tracking + Pixel events
-Identify best-selling creative hooks for tea and matcha
-Edit 5–10 product-focused short videos
Build simple
-Flash sale
-Limited inventory
-Product benefits / ritual
-Abandoned checkout
-Repeat buyers
Track weekly:
-ROAS
-Cost per purchase
-Product sell-through
-Best creatives + audiences
Goal:
-Sell through remaining inventory within 6–10 weeks with positive ROAS.
Desired Skill Add-Ons:
-Experience with Shopify
-Basic product copywriting (tea, matcha, wellness brands a plus)
-Ability to pull product content into simple ads:
“Premium ceremonial matcha, direct from Japan”
“Caffeine without the crash”
“Calming chamomile herbal blends”
What Success Looks Like:
-80–100% sell-through on remaining tea stock
-Positive ROAS
-Weekly optimization and reporting
