**Description**:
This is a long-term, completely remote position for a content marketing agency. We are in need of an experienced virtual assistant who can help us with multiple different tasks centred around content, task management, and research.
This will be a part-time position with the potential to expand to full-time based on future performance.
**Some of your tasks will include:**
- Managing tasks inside our project management tools (Notion)
- Setting up and maintaining automations inside GoHighLevel (training provided if needed)
- Supporting drafting of
- Researching content topics and competitor analysis for our clients
- Proofreading and reviewing video content for errors
- Lead generation on Instagram and LinkedIn
- Uploading and organising content across platforms (LinkedIn, IG, Brevo etc)
- Creating simple graphics inside Canva
- Handling
- General admin support
**Skills needed:**
- Excellent English language (written and spoken)
- Understands how to use
- Tech savvy and comfortable with learning platforms such as Notion, GoHighLevel, Brevo, Canva etc
- Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, helpful and able to work independently
