JOB OVERVIEW

Overview
We are an eCommerce company running multiple fashion brands (US, AU, UK markets) and we are looking for a senior CRO Specialist who can take ownership of our landing pages, funnels, and Shopify store performance.

This role is full-time and starts with a 3-month paid trial.
If you perform well, we will transition you into a long-term permanent position.

This is NOT for beginners — we want someone who already has strong experience, proven playbooks, and minimal need for hand-holding.

What You Will Do
• Audit our Shopify store & landing pages to identify conversion leaks
• Build and optimize landing pages (Replo, GemPages, PageFly, or your tool of choice)
• Improve mobile UX, page structure, page speed, and user flow
• Run A/B tests and create CRO hypotheses
• Implement high-converting layouts, trust elements, and offer positioning
• Use analytics tools (Hotjar/Clarity/GA4) to generate insights
• Provide strategic CRO recommendations to boost CVR and AOV
• Bring your own frameworks, best practices, and CRO playbooks to the team
• Work closely with our growth & creative teams

Requirements
• 2+ years CRO experience (Shopify is REQUIRED)
• Proven track record optimizing eCommerce funnels
• Strong understanding of persuasion, UX, and consumer psychology
• Experience with analytics tools (Hotjar, GA4, Lucky Orange, etc.)
• Can create wireframes (Figma is a bonus but not required)
• Able to work independently and proactively
• Strong communication skills
