Drinxfactory Group is looking for a highly organised, detail-driven and confident individual based in the Philippines to support our Australian brand activation and retail programs remotely. This role requires strong English communication skills, excellent coordination ability, and a background in project management, events, brand activations, campaign support, or administration.
You will work from home but play a critical role in supporting large-scale retail activations across Australia.

About the Role
As a Brand Activation Supporter, you will manage the day-to-day coordination of programs across multiple Australian states. You will be responsible for ensuring our representatives have clear schedules, stores are properly communicated with, and campaigns are executed smoothly.
Because you are remote, your communication skills, responsiveness, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Coordination
Build weekly activation schedules for your assigned states
Allocate sessions to representatives and ensure all stores are covered
Adjust, reschedule and update changes quickly and professionally
Track deadlines, timelines and program milestones
Campaign Logistics
Coordinate point-of-sale (POS) pickups, deliveries and stock requirements
Ensure store teams receive all instructions prior to the activation
Maintain accurate contact details and store lists
Track confirmations, follow-ups and deliverables
Representative Support
Communicate with Australian field representatives daily
Provide clear instructions, store details, timelines and expectations
Support reps by resolving issues quickly and escalating when needed
Ensure all tea

Prepare and manage briefing materials, schedules and documents
Maintain accurate records and update all information promptly
Assist with reporting and post-campaign requirements when needed
State Ownership
Take full responsibility for the execution of your allocated state(s)
Monitor all moving parts to ensure nothing is missed
Anticipate problems before they arise and propose solutions
Bring structure, organisation and discipline to daily workflows
Who We’re Looking For
This role suits someone in the Philippines who wants to work remotely but still be part of a high-performing operations team.
You will thrive in this role if you are:
Experienced in project management, event management, brand activations, or campaign coordination
Strong in English — both written and verbal
Highly organised with excellent time management
Able to handle high volumes of communication and shifting priorities
Comfortable working across different time zones
Proactive, confident and able to operate independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with constant changes
A problem solver who brings structure to busy workflows
Reliable, disciplined, and committed to following through on all tasks
Experience in Australian or Western clients/teams is an advantage but not essential.
