The Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team part-time and help us grow our reach. This role is perfect for someone who loves combining technology with marketing, and who thrives on building systems that work.

What You'll Do

Use AI tools to research and build detailed company profiles of potential clients
Enrich lead data and maintain contact information in our NetSuite CRM
Support our digital marketing efforts including email newsletters, blog content, and testimonials
Assist with SEO and Google Ads campaign management
Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn (primary focus), YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms
Turn technical ERP solutions into engaging, accessible content

What We're Looking For

Proven experience with LinkedIn marketing and lead generation (Don't apply if you don't have Linkedin experience)
Comfortable using AI tools for research and data enrichment
Experience with CRM systems (NetSuite experience is a bonus, but not required)
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO and paid advertising
Excellent written English with attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently across time zones
Experience with social media platforms including YouTube and TikTok
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
