We’re looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager/Strategist to join AM Eyewear part time and help drive the next stage of our growth. This role sits at the centre of our marketing engine, leading strategy and coordinating our Meta, Google Ads, SEO and Klaviyo specialists, managing campaigns end-to-end, and keeping everything aligned with performance goals and brand standards.
This position begins at 10 hours per week, with an hourly rate ranging from PHP 600 to 1,200. We offer regular performance reviews, with the opportunity to adjust the rate in line with demonstrated results.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Oversee and execute AM Eyewear’s digital marketing strategy across Meta, Google, Klaviyo and other key channels.
• Liaise with our SEO team, as well as our Meta and Google Ads media buyers and Klaviyo specialist to plan, coordinate and optimise campaigns.
• Brief creatives, campaign angles and performance insights to our design team.
• Manage the rollout of new product pushes, seasonal campaigns, and brand launches.
• Analyse performance data, prepare weekly reports for the Founder, and recommend improvements.
• Keep a close eye on trends in fashion, luxury, and content to ensure we’re always culturally on-point.
• Maintain strict brand consistency across digital channels.
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years experience in digital marketing (e-commerce preferred).
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, CRO, and analytics.
• Someone who can think strategically, not just execute tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, you’ll be coordinating multiple specialists.
• A natural feel for premium aesthetics, fashion culture and luxury brand behaviour.
• Reliable, proactive and organised.
• Comfortable working autonomously and reporting directly to the Founder.
Nice to Have
• Experience working with eyewear, fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands.
• Basic design or content editing skills.
• Strong copywriting instincts.
