We are growing fast and looking for a strong appointment setter to help us connect with U.S. school district leaders.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to call U.S. school districts and book qualified meetings for our sales team. Your job is not to sell the program on the phone, but to start a professional conversation and set a scheduled appointment with the right decision-makers (district leaders, curriculum directors, principals, etc.) to review our curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S. school district leaders using a provided list
Use a script and training to introduce Nucleus clearly and confidently
Handle objections professionally and keep the conversation moving
Qualify interest and schedule appointments on our team calendar
Update call outcomes and notes in our CRM daily
Meet weekly appointment-setting targets
Improve performance through coaching and feedback
What Success Looks Like
Consistently booking qualified district leader meetings
Strong show-rate (appointments that actually happen)
Clear communication, persistence, and positive attitude
Reliable daily activity and accurate CRM updates
Requirements
Excellent English speaking skills (clear, neutral accent preferred)
Cold calling or telemarketing experience required
Comfortable calling senior leaders and decision-makers
Confident, energetic phone presence
Strong listening + objection-handling ability
Able to work US business hours (night shift in PH)
Stable internet and quiet home workspace
Organized and metrics-driven
Nice to Have
Experience booking appointments in B2B, SaaS, or education
Familiarity with U.S. school systems or districts
Past success hitting appointment-setting KPIs
Compensation Details
Base salary: $1,200/month
Performance bonus: $700–$1,500/month
Based on number of qualified meetings booked + held. Higher bonuses for hitting and exceeding targets
Paid monthly via Wise.
