ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a high-performing, highly organized, extremely creative designer + content producer who can work independently, manage multiple projects at once, and deliver a high volume of on-brand creative assets across platforms.
You will be responsible for producing the visual identity of our brand across:
Social ads (FB/IG/YouTube)
YouTube thumbnails
Challenge & webinar slide decks
Sales presentation decks
Workbooks
Landing page graphics
Webinar + summit promotional graphics
Event visuals (virtual + in-person)
Instagram Reels cover slides
Lead magnet assets
Evergreen funnel creatives
PDF downloads
Brand design upgrades as needed
This is not a “make a few Canva posts” role —
this is a creative production powerhouse role for someone who can execute at a high volume, high speed, and high standard consistently.
WHAT YOU WILL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
???? 1. Creative Production & Graphic Design
Design high-conversion ad creatives for
Create premium-quality slide decks for webinars, challenges, trainings, and events.
Produce brand-aligned workbooks, guides, and PDF resources for students.
Design YouTube thumbnails optimized for CTR and brand consistency.
Build landing page graphic assets and visual elements.
Produce Reels/TikTok static covers, social carousels, and other content assets.
Create branded graphics, banners, and visuals for launches + live events.
???? 2. Funnel & Launch Support
Produce graphics and visuals for launch campaigns, challenge funnels, evergreen funnels, and big events.
Update and optimize existing design assets based on KPI performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design assets for splits tests and creative refresh cycles.
???? 3. Creative Strategy & Brand Stewardship
Maintain and elevate the visual identity of the brand.
Understand the psychology of high-ticket buyers and design accordingly.
Ensure all creative assets feel premium, elevated, and consistent with the Ashley Kirkwood brand.
Work proactively — not reactively — to deliver assets BEFORE deadlines.
? 4. Speed, Independence & Ownership
Work independently with minimal oversight.
Manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining quality.
Deliver work FAST without sacrificing creative excellence.
Be accountable to deadlines and project timelines.
Bring new ideas, design concepts, and creative approaches to the team.
REQUIREMENTS (WHO YOU MUST BE)
? Expert-Level Graphic Designer
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-caliber design across social, decks, and workbooks.
Proficient in:
Canva (advanced level with brand consistency)
Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Figma (bonus)
? Content Creator With Marketing Awareness
Understand how design impacts conversion.
Comfortable producing assets for: paid ads, webinars, challenges, educational content, and YouTube.

Able to produce LOTS of creative assets quickly and with precision.
