We’re a fast-growing eCommerce brand focused on performance marketing and creative excellence. We understand that great ads don’t come from random edits they come from strategic thinking.

That’s why we’re looking for video editors who are hungry to learn, think deeper, and grow beyond simple editing.

If you join us, we’ll turn you into far more than just an editor, We’ll train you to become a creative strategist who understands why ads win, how to build emotional hooks, and how to turn raw clips into conversions.

When you start, your first task isn’t editing — it’s learning.

You’ll be paid hourly to go through our internal creative training program, built from proven direct-response principles that drive millions in sales across multiple brands.

You’ll learn:

How to think like a direct-response marketer, not just an editor

Why some ads convert instantly while others flop

The psychology behind hooks, pacing, and messaging

How to match visuals, captions, and storytelling to the audience’s pain points

How to identify and structure “winning” creatives from scratch

You’ll also complete simple projects to apply what you learn — and we’ll guide you every step of the way.

Once trained, you’ll move into producing ads and applying everything you’ve learned.

You’ll:

Edit short-form UGC and direct-response ads (15–45s) for Meta, TikTok, and Reels

Research ad angles and competitor hooks

Test multiple versions and creative structures

Create ads that are 80–90% ready on the first draft

Collaborate with the team to iterate and find winners

Every ad you produce will be measured by performance — and when you create a winner, you’ll get paid more.
