Job Title: Remote Telemarketer for booking meetings (for Technical Product)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Telemarketer to perform outbound calling, identify opportunities, and booking qualified meetings for our field sales team. This is a part-time role (UK hours only 8:00 AM–12:00 PM) with a mandatory 8:00 AM daily huddle to be joined by teams. The position offers the potential to transition into full-time based on performance. The ideal candidate must be highly experienced in telemarketing and able to communicate technical concepts with clear spoken english.
Key Responsibilities
- Making high volume of outbound calls to targeted prospective customers using our VOIP 3CX phone system
- Clearly introduce and explain a technical product to potential clients.
- typical 15-20 calls/hour
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Attend the daily 8:00 AM huddle.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead information, and follow-up notes in our CRM.
- Follow up with warm leads and re-engage older prospects.
-Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for calls, leads, and booked meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of telemarketing experience — this is essential.
- Strong English speaking skills with a clear, confident, professional phone presence.
- Science or technical background preferred, ideally degree qualified (chemistry, biology, engineering, materials science, etc.).
-Proven ability to handle outbound calling, overcome objections, and secure appointments.
- Ability to quickly understand technical product details and communicate them simply.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace.
- Comfortable using VOIP systems (training provided for 3CX).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Availability to work 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Willingness to grow into a full-time position based on performance and meetings booked
- familiar with microsoft products such as outlook calendar, for sheduling meetings
Compensation
bonus based on meetings booked and attended
Nice to Have
- Experience booking meeting for similar technical product, to FMCG markets - such as food factories
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as superoffice, HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Prior experience booking B2B sales meetings.
