About the Company

We are an online gaming brand that focuses on community-based player engagement. Our goal is to create content that attracts players, builds loyalty, and strengthens our brand identity. We are looking for a creator who understands social media strategy and can produce marketing content that is both professional and engaging for gaming audiences.

Responsibilities
• Create short-form gaming content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Design promotional flyers using Canva or similar tools
• Follow a content calendar and produce consistent weekly content
• Edit gameplay highlights and promotional clips
• Research social media trends to improve engagement
• Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing lead to support player growth campaigns

Requirements
• Graduate or student in Marketing, Media, Communications, Design, or related fields
• Skilled in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement
• Able to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Must have stable internet and reliable communication

Bonus Qualifications (Not Required)
• Motion graphics or animation experience
• Gaming content editing experience
• Experience maintaining content calendars or brand guidelines

Compensation & Trial Details
• $3 per hour, paid weekly
• Paid two-week trial to assess communication, consistency, and creative fit
• After the trial, the role continues at the same rate with potential to increase hours as results are demonstrated
• All approved working hours will be paid bi weekly
