JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled Go High Level Specialist to build, manage, and optimize our full Go High Level infrastructure across multiple brands. This role requires deep automation knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to take projects from concept to completion with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize automations, workflows, and trigger systems
- Set up Lead Connector phone systems, call flows, SMS/MMS, voicemail drops, and tracking
- Configure DNS (TXT, SPF, DKIM, MX, CNAME) for email delivery, domains, and system verification
- Build and optimize email campaigns, templates, automations, and pipeline logic
- Set up calendars, services, booking pages, availability rules, and multi-service logic
- Deploy forms, surveys, conditional logic, form automations, and integrations
- Build, train, and optimize AI Agents for customer support, sales, and operations
- Integrate external systems using webhooks, APIs, Google Sheets, and other third-party tools
- Maintain clean naming conventions, organized automation systems, and efficient workflow design
- Troubleshoot issues related to delivery, automations, errors, DNS, phone routing, or workflows

Requirements
- Advanced experience building full systems inside Go High Level
- Strong English speaking and writing skills
- Strong technical troubleshooting and process-building ability
- Ability to work independently and deliver clean, reliable systems
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
