JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing chiropractic practice looking for an experienced Go High Level (GHL) Automation Specialist to help us build a complete automation ecosystem from the ground up. This is NOT a task-based VA role—you will collaborate directly with the owner, provide strategic ideas, and create systems that enhance patient experience and marketing performance.

We are a fast-growing chiropractic practice looking for an experienced Go High Level (GHL) Automation Specialist to help us build a complete automation ecosystem from the ground up. This is NOT a task-based VA role—you will collaborate directly with the owner, provide strategic ideas, and create systems that enhance patient experience and marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Build full GHL workflows, condition-based sequences, tagging systems, reactivation campaigns, and landing pages
- Set up ManyChat automation for IG/FB and integrate with GHL
- Build KPI dashboards using Google Sheets, Zapier, and EHR integrations
- Set up Notion for SOPs, project tracking, and team systems
- Daily stat updates (6:30 PM CST) + weekly strategy sessions (Tues 8 AM–12 PM CST)
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and A/B test automations regularly

Required Skills
- Advanced GHL expertise (you should know it better than us)
- ManyChat automation
- Google Sheets (advanced formulas + dashboards)
- Zapier multi-step automations
- Canva proficiency
- Notion (advanced database + workspace setup)

Schedule

Compensation
- $8–15/hr USD, performance bonuses, long-term stability
