We are a fast-growing online coaching and education company scaling across multiple brands, funnels, and revenue lines. Our success relies on accurate tracking of sales performance, marketing KPIs, commissions, and lead-source attribution across several systems.
We are hiring a Sales Data, KPI & Automation Specialist to manage our sales data infrastructure, track every key funnel metric, and ensure all commissions and payroll numbers are accurate and automated.
Role Overview
You will own the entire data layer of the business — from lead tracking to revenue attribution to KPI analysis across our Low-Ticket, VSL, and Webinar funnels.
Your job is to ensure:
? Every lead is tracked
? Every sale is properly attributed
? Every commission is calculated
? Every KPI is up to date
? Reports are clean and automated
? The CEO and sales team have clear visibility
This role is critical for scaling a multi-funnel sales organization and requires someone who is technical, analytical, and extremely detail-oriented.

2. CRM Management & Automation (GoHighLevel)
Maintain pipelines, tags, automations, and triggers
Ensure accurate attribution of setters, closers, and lead sources
Automate revenue + commission calculations wherever possible
Integrate GHL with Google Sheets, Stripe, Slack, Calendly
Build dashboards for sales, calls, and funnel KPIs
3. Commission Tracking & Payroll Management
Track setter + closer performance
Calculate weekly + monthly commissions
Track clawbacks, refunds, and payment plans
Maintain a master commission sheet
Prepare payroll-ready summaries for finance
Audit the CRM vs Stripe to ensure accuracy
4. Sales Operations Support
Maintain clean data (no duplicates, missing fields, or broken automations)
QA the CRM daily for attribution issues
Update SOPs for tracking, automation, and reporting
Support the CEO and Head of Sales with custom reports
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years in CRM management or sales operations (GoHighLevel preferred)
Proven experience tracking funnel KPIs across multiple funnels
Advanced skills in Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, dashboards, pivot tables)
Strong ability to audit data and catch attribution errors
Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, GHL workflows)
Ability to build clean KPI dashboards
Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
Extreme attention to detail
Bonus Skills
Experience with paid ads data
Experience in coaching/education businesses
Familiarity with setter/closer systems
Experience building reporting infrastructure from scratch
Knowledge of revenue attribution models
