SCHWARZMATTER OU is an EU-registered tech consultancy (Estonia e-Residency) helping SaaS companies, agencies, and startups in the EU, UK, US, and Asia with long-term software development and architecture.
We are looking for a Lead Cold
This is a remote, full-time role with a strong focus on performance and long-term collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Research and build targeted prospect lists (EU/UK/US/Singapore tech startups, agencies, SaaS companies) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools
- Craft and send personalized cold
- Manage deliverability, domain warmup, inbox rotation, and list hygiene
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, angles, and copy to improve open and reply rates
- Create and schedule LinkedIn posts for the founder/company page to attract inbound interest
- Engage with relevant posts (commenting, DM follow-ups, connection requests) to drive conversations
- Track all activity and results in a simple CRM or spreadsheet (opens, replies, meetings booked, opportunities)
- Suggest improvements to messaging, targeting, and positioning based on data
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with cold
- Demonstrated results: you have booked meetings or generated leads from your campaigns
- Strong English writing skills – clear, concise, and persuasive (must share samples)
- Experience managing LinkedIn content and outreach for founders or B2B brands
- Comfortable using tools like Sales Navigator, Instantly/Lemlist/Woodpecker, Apollo/SimilarWeb, etc.
- Understanding of basic B2B sales concepts: ICP, pain points, buy signals, multi-step follow-ups
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with goals and KPIs
- Stable internet connection and ability to work independently
Nice to Have
- Experience with tech/SaaS audiences (founders, CTOs, product teams)
- Prior work with EU/UK/US clients
