JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Credit Specialist and Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating creditworthiness, processing credit disputes, and maintaining accurate financial records to support the company’s credit and collections functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze credit applications and financial statements.
• Evaluate credit risk and recommend credit limits.
• Process and verify documentation for new and existing customer credit files.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit records in the system.
• Communicate with customers via messenger regarding credit terms, and discrepancies.
• Monitor account statuses and assist in resolving past-due accounts.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in credit analysis, processing, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with consumer credit processing.
• Knowledge of credit scoring systems and credit reporting agencies.
• Must know how to file FTC and CFPB reports.
• Experience with Credit Repair Cloud, Postalocity, Postal Methods is essential.
