We operate multiple e-commerce stores across the EU and are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and highly structured Media Buyer to manage and scale our Meta

Responsibilities:
Launch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across multiple brands
Maintain organized tracking of ad copy, URL variations, headlines, creatives, audiences, and testing frameworks
Coordinate closely with:
Finance team to ensure budgets, spend pacing, and profitability alignment
Creative team to request assets, iterate on winning angles, and structure tests
Provide daily performance reports, insights, and next-step recommendations
Use Incogniton, proxies, and proper
Troubleshoot issues proactively and think strategically about optimization paths
Bring smart, analytical thinking to improve campaigns continuously
Requirements:
Proven experience running profitable Meta ads for e-commerce
Highly organized and extremely detail-oriented
Strong analytical mindset—able to interpret data and turn it into decisions
Fluent with tracking, attribution, and funnel-level insights
Experience using Incogniton, proxies, and multi-account systems
Strong communication skills and consistent execution
Ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams
Bonus Skills:
TikTok Ads or Google Ads experience
CRO and landing page knowledge
Experience with EU markets
Understanding creative strategy and iteration
