We are a U.S.–based Credit Restoration Consulting company seeking up to three (3) reliable Virtual Assistants from the Philippines with excellent spoken and written English to assist with contacting U.S. credit bureaus to check dispute status for clients. This position does not involve impersonation—calls are made using authorized scripts and verification procedures.
Responsibilities:
Call U.S. credit bureaus to verify dispute status (with client authorization)
Follow approved call scripts and compliance guidelines
Log notes and updates into CRM accurately
Assist clients with submitting required documents
Send follow-up reminders via
Maintain organized case records
Provide weekly status summaries
Requirements:
Excellent English (clear speaking voice required)
Comfortable making phone calls to U.S. numbers
Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
Quiet workspace and strong internet connection
Strong communication and listening skills
Customer service or VA experience preferred
Preferred (not required):
Familiarity with Experian, Equifax, TransUnion
Knowledge of dispute timelines
CRM experience
