JOB OVERVIEW

Mile Café – Dubai

Mile Café is one of Dubai’s fastest-growing youth-driven coffee brands.
We are expanding rapidly and looking for a highly organized, proactive, and intelligent Executive Admin & Operations Manager to support our daily operations, streamline systems, handle suppliers, and work directly with the founder.

If you love organizing, improving systems, following up on tasks, and solving problems — this role is for you.

We want someone serious, reliable, and long-term.

What You Will Do (Main Responsibilities)

If you can perform these well, the rest will be easy:

Organize and follow up on all daily tasks until completed

Prepare clean weekly reports and simple KPIs

Manage suppliers, compare prices, solve issues

Order samples, work with China suppliers when needed

Track expenses and help reduce waste

Coordinate events and important dates

Organize files, documents, Google Drive, and systems

Support with research and admin tasks

What We’re Looking For

Strong admin/operations background

Excellent English

Very organized and detail-oriented

Strong follow-up discipline

Experience dealing with suppliers

Bonus: experience ordering from Alibaba / China suppliers

Someone who enjoys responsibility and improving systems
