About the Role:
- We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to own our brand’s presence across all social platforms. You will be responsible for building and engaging our community, driving brand awareness, and contributing directly to business growth through organic and paid social media efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing and business goals
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, reels, stories, written copy, live streams)
- Plan and maintain an always-on content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn,
- Write engaging, on-brand captions and copy that drive interaction and conversions
- Manage day-to-day community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate way
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, etc.) including audience targeting, budgeting, and optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, traffic, conversions)
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify trends and opportunities
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, new features, and emerging platforms
- Crisis management: monitor for brand sentiment issues and escalate when necessary
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3–6+ years of proven social media management experience (agency or in-house)
- A strong existing portfolio of social accounts you’ve personally managed with measurable results
- Deep expertise across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Excellent copywriting skills and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
- Experience running paid social campaigns and optimizing for ROI
- Proficient with social media management and analytics tools
- Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Photoshop, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social algorithms, trends, and best practices in 2025–2026
- Data-driven mindset; comfortable analyzing KPIs and turning insights into action
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects
Nice-to-Haves:
- Knowledge of SEO and how social impacts organic search
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and scheduling
