The Role
We are looking for a Senior Creative Editor & Designer who understands both:
1) Performance Video Editing
2) High-End Graphic Design for Static Ads
Your job is to create creative that:
stops the scroll,
educates,
builds trust,
tells a ritualistic wellness story,
and sells — without looking salesy.
This is a senior role.
You will shape our creative identity.
Responsibilities
1. Performance Video Editing (Meta + TikTok)
Turn UGC + AI + product footage into high-converting ads
Cut, pace, and structure videos using conversion psychology
Add motion graphics, kinetic text, transitions, and subtle effects
Make AI clips look human and seamless
Integrate Sora/Runway b-roll with actual footage
2. Graphic Design for Static Ads
Design premium static ads using our brandbook (dark tones, nature textures, luxury wellness aesthetic)
Create scroll-stopping hero images
Design quote cards, ritual cards, ingredient macros, and educational infographics
Build high-end visual identity for Meta/TikTok/IG
Ability to mimic Aesop / Rituals / Plutas-style artistic aesthetics
3. Creative Strategy
Build hooks based on human psychology
Suggest angles, scripts, and narrative structures
Understand buyer emotions, pain points, and objections
Analyze performance data to improve creatives
4. AI Integration
Use Runway / Sora / Pika / Midjourney / Artlist to generate 3–4 second b-roll
Match textures, colors, lighting, and camera movement to real footage
Know how to hide/distort the “AI look”
Requirements (STRICT — senior only)
Video Editing Skills
? 3+ years editing high-performance paid ads
? Strong understanding of Meta/TikTok ad psychology
? Excellence with UGC-style pacing
? Master of motion graphics, text animation, transitions
? Skill in sound design + clean color grading
Graphic Design Skills
? Strong aesthetic sense (premium, minimal, luxury)
? Experience designing DTC static ads
? Knowledge of layout, typography, contrast, hierarchy
? Ability to create polished branded visuals (NOT Canva-level)
? Experience with textures, overlays, organic styling
? Ability to recreate NOVA’s brand style perfectly
AI Capabilities
? Strong experience with Runway/Sora/Pika/MJ/Artlist
? Know how to generate seamless b-roll
? Understand prompt engineering (camera angles, lighting, texture)
? Ability to mix AI + real UGC without it looking fake
Strategic & Soft Skills ( BIG WIN IF YOU HAVE THIS )
? Understand CAC, CPM, CTR and creative fatigue
? Understand why ads fail and how to fix them
? Ability to create ads that sell without looking pushy
? Fast communication
