Don Global Solutions is a growth partner agency specializing in scaling DTC e-commerce brands through high-volume creative testing, Meta ads expertise, and world-class operational systems. We work with brands generating $20K–$300K+/month and consistently help them scale through better storytelling, angle development, and creative execution.
As we continue expanding, we’re looking for an elite Creative Strategist who lives and breathes performance-driven creative. Someone who understands why ads convert — not just how they look — and who can translate data into powerful ideas for static ads, UGC, and video.
Role Overview
The Creative Strategist sits at the center of our creative production pipeline. You will analyze performance data, extract insights, generate new concepts, and write clear creative briefs for designers and editors. You’ll work directly with our CSMs, media buyers, video editors, and design team to ensure every creative produced aligns with strategy and drives performance.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Ideation
- Analyze weekly performance across multiple Meta ad accounts to identify opportunities, angle gaps, and creative fatigue.
- Develop 3–5 new angles per week per account.
- Ideate static and video concepts aligned with brand tonality and customer personas.
- Suggest new creative directions that follow platform trends.
Creative Briefing & Production Support
- Write clear briefs for designers, editors, and UGC creators.
- Define headlines, visual direction, CTAs, hooks, and footage requirements.
- Ensure briefs follow internal systems.
- Review creatives and provide actionable feedback.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with CSMs, media buyers, designers, and editors.
- Attend weekly creative review meetings.
- Maintain organized creative testing pipelines.
Performance Analysis
- Understand KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, AOV, ROAS.
- Extract insights from top creatives and build iterations.
- Identify early winners and scale concepts across ratios.
Requirements
Must-Have
- 1–3+ years in creative strategy for paid social (Meta preferred).
- Strong understanding of direct-response principles.
- Ability to create angles, hooks, and storylines.
- Experience producing briefs for designers and editors.
- Comfortable analyzing performance data.
- Excellent written communication; process-driven.
Nice-to-Have
- Agency experience.
- Familiarity with Airtable.
- Understanding of UGC scripting or editing.
- DTC/e-commerce experience.
