HOW TO APPLY
To be considered, your application must include all of the following — incomplete applications will not be reviewed:
A 60–90 second voice recording (Vocaroo or similar) introducing yourself and answering: "A hotel concierge calls asking for a wheelchair to be delivered in 2 hours to a guest who needs it urgently. How do you handle it?"
A short written response (3–5 sentences) on the same question, typed in your application message
Your resume with relevant phone-based or logistics experience highlighted
Your available hours and your current internet setup (provider, speed, wired or WiFi)
We read every application carefully. Voice recording quality, clarity of thought, and how you present yourself in writing are all part of our evaluation. If English is not your first language, that is okay — but your communication must be clear, confident, and professional at all times on this role.
