JOB OVERVIEW

Meta Ads Media Buyer (eCommerce) — Part-Time (with potential to grow into Full-Time)

We’re looking for a Meta Ads Media Buyer with real, hands-on eCommerce experience — someone who has actually managed spend, optimized performance, and scaled winning products (not just boosted posts or run lead gen).
If you’re structured, analytical, and confident inside Meta Ads Manager, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do
• Manage & optimize eCommerce Meta ad accounts ($5K–$50K+/mo budgets)
• Improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and scale winners using structured frameworks
• Run creative testing cycles, analyze performance trends, and propose next steps
• Collaborate with strategy + creative teams on hooks, angles, and offers
• Maintain daily updates inside Notion + Slack (we run a very organized system)

What You MUST Already Know
• eCommerce media buying (Shopify, pixel/event setup, catalog ads, DPA)
• How to read and interpret data (ROAS, CAC, MER, CVR, AOV, retention signals)
• How to diagnose performance systematically — not guessing
• How to manage scaling, retargeting, and testing without blowing budgets

Bonus Skills (Not required, but highly valued)
• TikTok Ads experience (launching + optimizing direct-response campaigns)
• Editing simple ad creatives (Reels/TikTok-style videos)
• Looker Studio reporting
• Strong QA habits & clean ad-account organization

Who Should Apply
Someone who:
• Has actual experience running Meta ads for eCommerce
• Can follow SOPs and work inside a structured environment
• Communicates clearly and is reliable with daily updates
• Knows how to think, not just execute

How to Apply
Start your message with :) so I know you read the post.
Send:
1. A short intro about your eCommerce Meta Ads experience
2. Examples of results (ROAS, spend levels, before/after improvements)
3. Screenshots if possible
4. Your availability + preferred pay structure
