JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a Full-Stack Developer who is an expert in AI-assisted development workflows. This is a long-term, multi-project role where you'll build automation systems, API integrations, image processing workflows, and web applications using modern AI development tools.
This isn't about writing code from scratch - it's about orchestrating AI tools, APIs, and services to build robust solutions quickly and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Development:

Build applications using Replit AI Agent 3 (primary development tool)
Use Cursor IDE or similar AI coding tools for rapid development
Integrate multiple AI APIs (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, FLUX, image processing APIs)
Design and implement automation workflows
Create RESTful APIs and microservices
Build web applications with React/Node.js
Write effective prompts for AI coding assistants
Debug and optimize AI-generated code for production

Required Skills & Experience
Must Have:
AI-Assisted Development (Critical):

- 2+ years full-stack development with real production experience
- Expert with AI coding tools:

Replit AI Agent, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot
Daily use of Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for development
Strong prompt engineering skills

- Prove it: Show us projects built with AI tools

Backend Development:

- Node.js and Express (primary stack)
- RESTful API design and implementation
- Database experience (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
- Authentication (JWT, OAuth, sessions)
Frontend Development:

- React or similar modern framework
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- Responsive design principles
- API consumption and state management

API Integration:

- 3rd party API integration experience
- Understanding of webhooks, rate limiting, error handling
- Cost optimization mindset
- Multi-API orchestration

Applications without a relevant portfolio will not be taken into consideration
